02Information on this website

Content on this site, including the airport directory, is general information. Airport data is compiled from public aeronautical sources and may be incomplete or out of date.

It is not a substitute for official publications (AIP, NOTAMs) or for confirmation from our OCC, and must not be used for navigation or as the sole basis for any operational decision. Permit requirements, lead times, handling and fuel availability are confirmed for each flight at the time of request.

03Requests and quotations

Sending a flight support request, contact message or job application through this site does not create a contract. Services are arranged only once we have confirmed them to you in writing, and are governed by that confirmation or by your agreement with us.

Please make sure the information you send us is accurate and complete. We screen every request against applicable sanctions and compliance rules, and may decline any request, as described in our Privacy & Compliance policy.
