01Crew hotels and transport
We book crew hotels close to the airport, or in town when the stay is longer, with rooms ready for the crew's arrival time rather than the hotel's standard check-in. Transport between the aircraft and the hotel is booked to match the schedule. When the flight is delayed or the rest period changes, we move both.
02Crew visas
Visa rules for crew differ from those for passengers, and from one country to the next. Some states accept a general declaration or crew member certificate for a short stay, others require a visa for every nationality, and some only issue crew visas on arrival under conditions agreed in advance. A crew member who can't enter has to stay airside, which can disrupt the rest plan.
We check the requirements for every crew nationality on the routing when the trip is planned, and arrange visas or visa-on-arrival approvals where they are needed.
03Passenger and VIP services
For passengers, we arrange:
- VIP terminal or general aviation terminal access
- Lounges and meet-and-assist services
- Fast-track customs and immigration, where the airport offers it
- Ground transport, from cars to coaches
- Hotel bookings for passengers and their staff
04Customs, immigration and airport formalities
We pass crew and passenger details to the handler and the authorities in the format they need, confirm where and when formalities take place, and make sure any declarations for cargo, pets, firearms or high-value goods are sent in advance.
05Frequently asked questions
Do airline and business jet crews need visas?
It depends on the country and the crew member's nationality. Some states let crew stay briefly on a general declaration or crew member certificate; others require a visa. We check every nationality on your crew list for each country on the routing.
Can you change crew hotels if the flight is delayed?
Yes. Our OCC follows the flight and changes hotel and transport bookings when the schedule moves, at any hour.
Do you arrange VIP terminal access?
Yes, at airports that offer a VIP terminal, general aviation terminal or meet-and-assist service.
Airport services, opening hours and local requirements change. This page is a general guide: our OCC confirms the arrangements for every request before you fly.
Planning your next trip?
