01Our US office

The Network Plan opened its US office in 2024 at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport (KOPF), one of South Florida's main business aviation airports. From here, our team supports operators based in the United States, and operators from elsewhere flying into the Americas, working with the OCC that runs every trip in our network.

02What we arrange from Miami

Our US desk handles the full trip, wherever the aircraft is going:

• Overflight permits and landing permits for every country on the routing
• Flight planning and dispatch, with flight watch from our OCC
• Ground handling, slots and PPR at airports worldwide
• Jet A-1 fuel quotes and releases
• Crew hotels, visas and passenger services
• Ferry and delivery flights and medevac, VIP and humanitarian flights

03South Florida airports

We arrange handling, fuel and crew services at the South Florida airports most used by international and business aviation traffic, including Miami International (KMIA), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood (KFLL), Miami Executive (KTMB) and Opa-locka (KOPF), as well as at airports across North America, South America and the Caribbean.

04International flights into the United States

Flights arriving in the US from abroad have to meet US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements, including advance passenger information (eAPIS) and customs clearance at an airport where it is available. We coordinate these with the handler alongside the rest of the trip, so the crew knows where and when clearance takes place.
