01Our Dubai office
The Network Plan opened its Dubai office in 2025 at the Meydan Grandstand in Nad Al Sheba. From here, our team supports operators based in the UAE and the Gulf, and operators from elsewhere flying into the region, working with the OCC that runs every trip in our network.
02What we arrange from Dubai
Our UAE desk handles the full trip, wherever the aircraft is going:
- Overflight permits and landing permits, including the Gulf, Middle East and Africa
- Flight planning and dispatch, with flight watch from our OCC
- Ground handling, slots and PPR at airports worldwide
- Jet A-1 fuel quotes and releases
- Crew hotels, visas and passenger services
- Medevac, VIP and humanitarian flights and ferry and delivery flights
03UAE airports
We arrange handling, fuel and crew services at Dubai International (OMDB), Al Maktoum International, Dubai South (OMDW), Sharjah (OMSJ) and Abu Dhabi (OMAA), and at airports across the Middle East and Africa.
04Permits across the region
Routes out of the Gulf cross some of the most permit-intensive airspace in the world. Our country guides cover Saudi Arabia, Egypt, India and Libya. UAE-registered aircraft should note that Algeria has closed its airspace to them since September 2026, so routes to North and West Africa have to be planned around it.
